At Satara H.O., world women's day celebrated. Police Inspector of Satara City Police station Smt. Deshmukh madam attended as chief guest. Postal Recreation Club, Satara H.O. celebrating it from last five year successfully. All lady comrades from this office and nearest offices are attending the function.

NFPE Satara Branch hold tutions for departmental candidates

Our NFPE Satara branch holding tutions to departmental candidates for success in departmental examinations.

From last five years, many GDS comrades are success in Postman exam as well as in LGO exam.

On 30.03.2014 and 06.04.2014, our branch conducted tutions to GDS, who were appeared for Postman exam which will be conducted on 13.04.2013.

Held at Malegaon Dist. Nasik from 11.01.2014 to 13.01.2014.

Comrades,

       36^th Bi-annual Maharashtra Circle Conference successfully held at Malegaon Dist. Nasik from 11.01.2014 to 13.01.2014. Very well arrangement made by Com. Jagdish Pawar, Divnl Sec. Group C Malegaon, Com V.S. Borse, Divnl Sec. Postmen & MTS, Com. Dhanraj Ahire, Divnl Sec. GDS and all comrades of Malegaon Division. Red salute to them for great success of the conference and their contribution to the working class movement.

       NFPE flag hosted by Com. M.Krishnan, Secretary General, NFPE and AIPEU Group C flag hosted by Com. B.G. Tamhankar, Ex. President of NFPE. Circle conference held under the chair of President Com. R.T. Bhoyar. Chief Guest Com. M.Krishnan, General Secretary AIPEU Group C, Secretary General NFPE, Confederation given a brief speech to attended comrades about past, present and future of NFPE movement. Com. Shankarrao Kaduskar, Com. B.G. Tamhankar, Com. P.T. Barge and Com. L.M.Parimal also given their valuable speech.

       Out of 52 divisions 46 divisions were attended and put up their organizational review, facing problems and solutions made by Circle in two years. Asstt. Secretary of the region given their answers to them and at last all unanswered problems and present position of the problems, speech given by Com. Mangesh Parab, Circle Secretary AIPEU Group C Maharashtra Circle.

       As we know the face of department is changing and the work also going to change. Target is big and achievement is going to speed but administration wants it to achieve in the first attempt. As like a plant of mango, fruits cannot be made on the second day after plantation. It needs soil, water for great growing then fruits can receive automatically. Group C is the wheel of department and it cannot be stopped but it has a limitation of speed. In the circle conference problems like revision cases made on proposed norms, shortage of staff due to retirement, death, deputations of staff to RMS sections, Division office, Regional office, Circle offices, Harrassement of staff under the name of RPLI Target, building problems, electricity problem, maintenance of UPS, batteries, heavy electricity load shading etc.

       On the last day, all members selected 15 members of circle body for 2014-2016 as below:

Bonus ceilling raised to GDS

ग्रामीण डाक सेवकों को देय 

अनुग्रह बोनस के संयोजन की अधिकतम सीमा बढ़ाई गयी 

   केन्‍द्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने आज ग्रामीण डाक सेवकों को देय अनु्ग्रह बोनस के संयोजन कीअधिकतम सीमा 2500 रुपये से बढ़ाकर 3500 रुपये कर दी है। अब उन्‍हें विभाग के नियमितकर्मचारियों के बराबर अनु्ग्रह बोनस प्राप्‍त होगा। यह निर्णय वर्ष 2012-13  के  संबंध  में  है  और बोनस वर्ष 2013-14 में देय होगा। 

 इस निर्णय से डाक विभाग में कार्यरत 2.63 लाख ग्रामीण डाक सेवकों को लाभ मिलेगा, जोदेश के ग्रामीण, पहाड़ी और जनजातीय इलाकों में डाक, वित्‍तीय और बीमा सेवाएं प्रदान करने में बहुत अहम भूमिका निभाते हैं।

Circle Working Council Meeting of AIPEU Group C, Maharashtra Circle held at Malvan (Kokan) 

Circle Working Council Meeting of AIPEU Group C, Maharashtra Circle successfully held at Katta (Malvan) Dist. Sindhurg on 12.08.2013 to 13.08.2013 under the chair of Hon. President Com. R.T. Bhoyar.  Following were attended for the meeting.

Shri. B.G. Tamhankar, Ex. Chq. President AIPEU Group C and Ex. Circle Secretary, AIPEU Group C (Mah. Circle), Com. Prabhu, Retired Divnl. Secretary, Sindhudurg Division.

All Circle office bearers excluding Shri. Jagdish Pawar (Malegaon) and 32 branches of Maharashtra Circle.

On 12.08.2013, before meeting paid homage to  Uttarakhand incidence by observing two minutes silence. Com. Prabhu and Com. Tamhankar addressed the CWC as Chief Guest.

 Shri. Mangesh Parab, Circle Secretary read minutes last CWC meeting.  On 12.08.2013 and 13.08.2013 all attended Divisions discussed their problems and put up for answer of Com. Circle Secretary.

Com. Mangesh Parab given answers to all raised questions and told the action in process on some problems and assured for fruitful result after discussion. Mainly items were discussed as below:

1.       Minus balance and recovery thereon from departmental employee as well as retired postal employee.

2.       Shortage of staff due to operating staff deputed either RMS for SPCC or for SBCO work, excess staff kept at Division Office.

3.       Non creation of staff for PLI/RPLI sections, BD Groups. Operating staff is deputed to this work and shortage created at operating offices.

4.       Examination of revision cases which are conducted on proposed norms.

5.       Building problems.

6.       Bio-annual conference will be held Malegaon (Nashik) in Jan.2014.

7.       Circle Quota, Chq quota, Federation quota.

Com. Mangesh Parab is Circle Secretary as well as  a Chq office bearer and Working President of Chq, appealed all divisions to form GDS Union(NFPE) as early as possible due to order from Chq and Federation.

CWC meeting was organized by Mumbai South Division under the guidance of Com. Majgaonkar. Sindhudurg divisional comrades also made well arrangement of all visitors and delegates.

Non receipt incentive on PLI renewal premium.

Ref:        Directorate’s letter No. F.No.35-15/2010-11 dtd. 04.10.2012

                With reference to above cited subject, vide Directorate’s letter No. F.No.35-15/2010-11 dtd. 04.10.2012, incentive @ 2.5% on PLI renewal premium is payable to the Direct Agents as well as Field Officers (PLI) w.e.f. 01.10.2009. Those D.A and F.O.(PLI),  who procuring  business and premium on the PLI deposited at any Post Office across India for the  period of first 12 months. After then 1% of incentive on PLI renewal premium payable to D.A. & F.O. (PLI).

                In the above cited Directorate’s order clearly mentioned to pay the incentive at Divisional level but unfortunately, not a single rupee incentive has been paid to them.

                My request is to study the point and aggressively raise in meeting with administration. Too many comrades, who are doing extra work for PLI were suffering from incentive. This will be big achievement in your term if necessary sanction or orders from Circle PMG sent to subordinate offices.
