            As per above cited reference letter of Circle office, Mumbai in which officials selected for LSG (NB) cadres were allotted to Mumbai region except official at Sr. No. 1.

            Comrade, a memo issued by SSPO’s, Satara Division is enclosed herewith for your ready reference. In the enclosed memo there are 10 posts of LSG (NB) are lying vacant. Instead of posting of officials to their parent division, our department is posted them to inconvenient places where they cannot join due to their age factor.

            I think this is irregular one and unjustified. Neither the posts of LSG(NB) will be filled nor becomes vacancy in PA cadre. In this connection, your early action is solicited.
